Job Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems, equipment, and machinery.
Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions:- Performs routine inspections, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Addresses any facility-related issues that arise.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- Must have training certification and annual continuing education certificates in related field.
- Must have EPA 608 Certification.
- Must have active SECRET security clearance.
- Must be able to read and write the English language.
- Experience with Maximo.
