Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift
A patient-centered long-term care facility in Canistota, South Dakota is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 12-hour day shifts, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on care in a supportive long-term care environment.A $20,000 sign-on bonus is included.
Position Overview- Permanent, full-time role

- PointClickCare electronic medical record system
- 3 shifts per week
- 12-hour day shifts
- Hourly pay range: $34 – $48 per hour (based on experience)

- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life
- Accurately document care in PointClickCare
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
