Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Skilled Nursing facility located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:- Must have an active NJ state license
- Must have experience in a long-term care setting
- Must have experience working with Pointclick Care (EMR)
- The salary for this position is $45 | hr
- The is a Part-time position
- Every other weekend
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 12 week contract with possibility for renewal
- Orientation consist of 1 day with nursing team (Paid orientation)
- Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Order medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administer non-intravenous medications.
- Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Modify patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
