Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of current psychiatric nursing experience.
Current phlebotomy experience; the RN must be able to perform blood draws.
Active Vermont RN license, uploaded with the submission.
Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
RN/Psychiatry skills checklist completed within the past year.
Phlebotomy skills checklist completed within the past year.
Permanent address included in the candidate profile.

Certifications

BLS (AHA) - Required
ACLS (AHA) - Strongly preferred
CPI - Strongly preferred
