The Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner partners closely with operations, improving profitability, driving insights, and supporting operational excellence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • - Serve as a trusted finance partner to Operations, driving strong collaboration cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and other key functions
  • Prepare accurate and concise executive-ready financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities – partner with BI, Systems, and IT teams to improve automation, data quality, and insight delivery
  • Own financial models, planning tools, and reporting outputs in support of key planning and forecasting processes throughout the year
  • Support investor presentations and executive materials, as well as ad hoc requests from executive leadership, including new customer contracts, renewals, and pricing strategies.
  • Continuously enhance finance processes to support scaling, efficiency, and operational excellence

Key Competencies and Minimum Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance and/or accounting;
  • At least 5 years of financial analysis experience;
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel; expert Excel modeling skills strongly preferred; R experience a plus;
  • Previous experience with Peoplesoft is also a plus;
  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills, ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment;
  • Maintain a high attention to detail in everything you do;
  • Have a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
