Job Description
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of multifamily construction projects.
  • Support project managers in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and vendor management as needed.
