Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Emergency Department travel assignment in Manhattan, KS, requiring a valid KS or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.
Details- 18-bed Emergency Department setting
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30 (12.5-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
- BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
- ACLS certification preferred (AHA-issued)
- PALS certification preferred (AHA-issued)
- TNCC preferred (renewed every 4 years)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
- CPI or MOAB De-Escalation training preferred (online portion to be completed prior to start; on-site portion completed at orientation)
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
- Driver's License, two professional references, and copies of certifications required for consideration
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Ceil blue scrubs required
- CPI/MOAB on-site high-risk training will be completed during orientation
- Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced local pay rate
- COVID vaccination is not required by this facility
