Registered Nurse – Correctional - RN#001

Schedule: 5x8 Hours (40 hrs/week)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a secure correctional setting. Responsibilities include clinical care, emergency response, medication administration, and maintaining accurate medical records while following strict safety protocols.

• Conduct sick calls, assessments, and triage
• Administer medications (including insulin and emergency treatments)
• Respond to emergencies (overdoses, injuries, asthma, etc.)
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain documentation
• Coordinate hospital transfers when needed
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards

• Active RN License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Experience in correctional, ER, or acute care preferred
• Strong clinical, emergency response, and documentation skills

• ADN or BSN required
• COVID-19 vaccination (required)
• Flu vaccine as per guidelines
