Responsibilities for an Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and manage busy C-suite calendars using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Handle high-volume phone coverage, email screening, daily briefings, and end-of-day executive follow-ups
- Prepare expense reports, Excel worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting materials (printing, binding, scanning)
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and virtual conferences, including room setup, A/V coordination, and dining reservations
Candidates for Executive Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information, multitask, and work in a fast-paced onsite environment
- Pay: $40–45/hr
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Assignment Length: Indefinite – possible Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
