Position Summary

We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to own Diocesan's digital marketing strategy and execution, across our website, email, social media, and print campaigns. You'll help us reach more dioceses, parishes, and ministry leaders, build brand awareness for our software, and create campaigns that drive sales growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who stays current on modern marketing trends and is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Diocesan's overall digital marketing strategy, aligned with company and sales goals.
  • Build brand awareness for Diocesan's digital products, positioning them as known, trusted solutions within the Catholic software space
  • Design and create marketing campaigns and materials that are visually compelling and relevant, aimed at driving sales growth..
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, social media, and print.
  • Manage and grow Diocesan's product awareness in parishes and dioceses.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success teams, and product owners to align marketing efforts with pipeline and retention goals
-Maintain and grow the marketing database/CRM for email and lead-nurture campaigns.
  • Stay current on trends in digital marketing and in the Catholic/ministry space to keep campaigns relevant and effective.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaigns.
-Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other reporting/analytics tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, able to craft messaging that resonates with a Catholic/ministry audience.

-Self-starter who can both set strategy and execute day-to-day tasks.

Position Details
-Part-time position at 20-25 hours a week .
  • 6-month contract position with potential to extend, as well as potential for a full-time position.

-$40-$50 an hour.
