Digital Marketing Copywriter

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make marketing decisions.

Duties:

• The ability to accurately convey the clients’ core message and target demographic
• Plan and develop weekly email marketing campaigns
• Improve ad campaigns through Copy A/B testing
• Brainstorm visual and written copy ideas with members of our creative team
• Write clear and concise content that directly represents the clients’ voice
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Conduct high-quality research and interviews
• Utilize SEO tactics to maximize reach
• Edit, proofread, and modify content until the client is satisfied
• Conceptualize, develop, and produce effective advertising campaigns
• Work with Account Managers to determine client needs / budget
• Oversee advertising campaigns from production to completion
• Work with tight deadlines
• Research competitors and maintain up-to-date with market trends
• Create content strategies that support our business goals and clients
• Audit existing content

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or relevant field - Masters is a plus
• Creative thinker - ability to conceptualize original ideas for a variety of clients
• Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, such as SEO, PPC, remarketing, etc.
• Experience working in a digital agency environment
• Experience using Google Adwords and Google Analytics
• 3-5 years experience in digital strategy, email marketing, and/or digital publishing
