Job Description- Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for bids and proposals
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes
- Support the development of bid packages and procurement strategies
- Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators to develop pricing
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
- Maintain and update historical cost data and subcontractor databases
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Use estimating software and tools such as Excel and Procore

The Successful Applicant- 1-3 years of experience in estimating or construction (internships included)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with reading construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Procore or estimating software is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a team
