Welder - $18-$20/hr (Weekly Pay)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at a metals recycling facility. This role is responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining equipment and structures in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 5:00am-3:00pm

2nd shift: 3:00pm-1:00am

Pay

$18-20/hr

Work Environment:

Candidates need to be comfortable with:

• Dirty industrial recycling environment
• Working indoors and outdoors
• Heat, sparks, dust, and loud machinery
• Climbing, kneeling, and working in tight spaces
• Getting wet

Welders may:

• Repair heavy recycling equipment
• Weld conveyors, bins, hoppers, and structural components
• Perform stick welding and MIG welding
• Fabricate replacement parts
• Repair cracks, wear plates, and damaged equipment
• Use torches, grinders, and cutting tools
• Assist maintenance teams during breakdowns
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs

• Stick welding experience (very important)
• MIG welding experience
• Industrial or heavy equipment welding background
• Experience repairing worn or damaged steel
• Ability to read basic blueprints or measurements
