Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing programs and measure campaign success through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, media, and event channels.
Develop promotion strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement.
Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with content, design, sales, and partner teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, event partners, and external stakeholders.
Support social media, influencer marketing, employee advocacy, and brand activation programs.
Track and report key marketing metrics including pipeline contribution, MQLs, revenue impact, and campaign effectiveness.
Drive innovative marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth and customer engagement.
Required Skills
Experience in marketing campaign management, media planning, or brand marketing.
Strong understanding of social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Strong negotiation, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Location: NEW YORK NY 10011 (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $81.74 per hour
