Required:

• Active RN license – Illinois
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
• Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) experience
• Minimum 2 years of bedside nursing experience
• Experience in clinical quality, patient safety, or related initiatives
• Demonstrated change management skills

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree
• CCDS Certification
• 5+ years of experience in Med Surg, Critical Care, ICU, or ER
