Job Description- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project life cycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2-3 years as an Assistant Superintendent on large commercial projects.
- Commercial construction experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Compensation: $65K - $75K
- $400/month truck allowance.
- $90/month cell phone stipend.
