Job Description
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project life cycle.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 2-3 years as an Assistant Superintendent on large commercial projects.
  • Commercial construction experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
