DENTAL FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR (RECEPTION & INSURANCE/BILLING)

Pay: $18 - $23 DOE

Brookhaven Dental Group is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to support both patient-facing front desk responsibilities and insurance/billing workflows within our practice.

This is a well-balanced role in a PPO office with a consistent patient flow and a supportive team environment.

• Manage front desk operations, including phones, scheduling, and patient check-in/check-out
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
• Collect payments and review treatment estimates
• Support patient flow and reappointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient and financial records
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and office software is preferred.
• A friendly, patient-centered attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.

• $20–$25/hour DOE
