Job Description
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading plant engineering activities including capital project planning, project execution, technical support, and process‑improvement initiatives. This role manages CAPEX budgeting, engineering documentation, equipment optimization, and reliability improvements while coordinating closely with Operations and Maintenance.The Engineering Manager also oversees environmental and regulatory compliance programs and ensures that engineering systems support safe, efficient, and long‑term plant performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing capital projects, engineering design reviews, budgeting, and contractor coordination.
- Driving equipment reliability, process improvements, and engineering documentation accuracy.
- Leading engineering staff while supporting site compliance, technical guidance, and strategic initiatives.
