Primary responsibilities for Reach Truck Operator:
- Operate reach forklifts and lift-clamp equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse
- Follow all safety protocols and established safe work practices
- Unload inbound shipments and verify correct item numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and condition of materials
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct items, lot numbers, and quantities
- Inspect containers for damage or unsafe conditions and report findings to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Use computer systems to support inventory management, order processing, and other warehouse activities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and inventory control policies and procedures
- Assist with loading outbound shipments as needed
- Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating reach forklifts and lift-clamp equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, shipment verification, and inspecting shipments for damage or unsafe conditions
- Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and inventory control policies, along with experience using warehouse computer systems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
