About Our Client

Our client is an established construction firm specializing in construction projects throughout the Midwest. Their portfolio includes multi family, healthcare, hospitality, retial, and tennant interios.

Job Description

Develop conceptual and detailed estimates.
Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Perform quantity takeoffs.
Participate in value engineering efforts.
Support proposal development and bid submissions.
Collaborate closely with operations teams during project transitions.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of construction estimating experience.
Ground up project experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
