Customer Relations Specialist with Security Clearance

Location: Wichita, KS

Schedule: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments.

• Serve as an aftermarket Customer Service Representative supporting quoting activities using client tools
• Determine production status and availability of replacement parts
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers on spare configurations and make/buy decisions
• Administer and manage customer quotes from initiation through delivery
• Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and spares requirements
• Liaise directly with client on customer requests
• Coordinate agendas and logistics for trade shows, air shows, exhibits, product evaluations, and special events
• Manage budgets and distribution of promotional materials
• Support senior management and executive customer engagements
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, customer commitments, and ethics regulations
• Act as liaison between customers and company executive leadershipRequired Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with quoting systems * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Aerospace industry experience OR a relevant degree combined with customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications * Aftermarket or spares support experience
• AOG support experience
