Job Summary:
The Surgical Technician (Operating Room Technician) position is based in Montrose, Colorado. This role involves assisting with surgical procedures by preparing and handling instrumentation, supporting surgical teams, and ensuring seamless operative workflows.Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Montrose, Colorado
- Schedule: Days, with no weekends, and on-call one weekend per month. Shift hours are 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, degree requirements, location requirements, and at least 0 years of experience. Candidates must be certified or licensed in Colorado or willing to obtain certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in all areas (gynecology, urology, orthopedics); robotics experience preferred.
- Additional Information: No charge. The role involves working under supervision with collaboration across surgical teams, including close cooperation with circulating registered nurses, and ensuring compliance with established surgical standards and practices.
