Job Details- Position: Assembler
- Location: Golden Valley, MN
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Pay: $17.55 – $20.53 per hour (based on experience) + Shift Differential for 2nd shift
- Type: Temp to Hire

What You’ll Do
As an Intermediate Assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble industrial equipment from start to finish while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions to meet quality standards
- Conduct in‑process quality checks and communicate results
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure product quality
- Identify and report safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles
- Rotate through multiple assembly stations, including main line roles
- Float to different lines within the value stream after training
- Identify common assembly bottlenecks (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly concepts
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift
- Routinely lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 40 lbs
- Work in multiple positions throughout the shift
- Weekly pay

Pay Details: $17.55 to $21.83 per hour
