We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and help deliver projects that make a real impact.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects and has a proven track record of delivering work on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. Experience with federal, senior living, and/or light industrial construction is highly preferred.
You’ll lead every stage of the construction process—acting as the key driver of project success, client satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements
- Lead project teams and facilitate clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and project forecasting
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Preferred expertise in federal, senior living, and/or light industrial projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive accountability and maintain high-quality standards
