Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred; candidate with SNF experience is preferred by the client.
- Experience with electronic medical records, specifically NetHealth or PCC, preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload typically 40–60 patients and treat approximately 12–14 patients per day preferred.
- Prior experience working with long-term and short-term SNF populations preferred.
- Current resume required to submit as a substitute per client request.

- Assignment start: client indicated need for start date as early as June 15.
- Caseload: facility has 126 beds and typically maintains a 40–60 patient caseload; about 12–14 patients treated per day.
- Patient types: long-term and short-term, standard SNF population.

- EMR: NetHealth/PCC experience preferred.
