Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
- Location: Denver, CO 80222 (Greater Denver Metro Area) — Denver home health and hospice service area
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel RN / Travel Nurse)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed)
- Shift: 8-hour daytime shifts (8:00am - 4:30pm)
- On Call/Weekend: Required (part of call rotation)
- Dress Code: Any color scrubs
- Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact nursing license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health or hospice experience preferred
- Flexibility and a positive attitude to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong teamwork skills, and professional communication
- Provide compassionate home health and hospice nursing care to patients across the Greater Denver Metro Area
- Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services in the home setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—physicians, social workers, aides, and hospice staff—to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in the on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage patient care coordination
- Adapt to changing patient needs and schedules while prioritizing patient safety and quality of care
