We are seeking a capable and motivated Store Manager to lead the team and contribute to the continued success and growth of the store.

Location: Morley WA 6062
Salary: $80,000 to $83,000 per annum plus superannuation

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations to ensure efficient store performance
Monitor sales, margins, and expenses to maintain financial outcomes
Prepare sales forecasts and manage store budgets
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve operational and customer service standards
Implement promotional activities and in-store merchandising
Manage pricing, stock control, and inventory levels
Ensure availability of fresh and grocery products across all departments
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with company policies

Develop and enforce store procedures, including health and safety standards

Requirements

At least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in a similar retail management role
A Diploma or higher qualification is preferred, or an additional year of relevant experience
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supermarket environment

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods
