Outbound Representative (Insurance Telemarketing)
A premier insurance agency in Boca Raton is seeking temporary support for an upcoming peak period. This is a dedicated contract position focused on handling high-volume client outreach and client enrollment.
Project Scope:
- Client Acquisition: Actively pursue and qualify provided leads.
- Administrative Flow: Manage and process enrollment documentation to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Data Integrity: Utilize the company CRM to maintain accurate records during the high-traffic window.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Call Center Experience, 2+ Years.
- strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency.
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Ability to actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing.
- Ability to support the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients.
- Handle pre- and post-enrollment documentation.
- Call members in a delinquent status.
- Teach members how to register on a website.
- Inform members of the BYS program
- Enter leads into spreadsheets.
- Utilize the company’s CRM and lead distribution system accurately.
