Job Description
Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
Collaborate with clients to address project requirements and maintain strong professional relationships.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and updates.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes

The Successful Applicant- A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse project teams effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
A commitment to delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines and budgets.
What's on Offer- $115,000 - $160,000 base - dependent on experience
