Arrange shipping documentation, customs-related logistics coordination, and tracking of domestic and international shipments
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and e-commerce partners to ensure efficient movement of goods
Oversee scheduling and dispatching of shipments to meet client delivery timelines
Manage inventory control systems and ensure accuracy of stock records across warehouse operations
Monitor transportation costs, service rates, and operational budgets to maintain cost efficiency
College diploma or university degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is an asset
Minimum 23 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations supporting international trade and e-commerce fulfillment activitiesCoordinate sourcing, warehousing, and distribution of goods for overseas commercial clients and online retail platforms
Monitor logistics performance to ensure timely processing, storage, and shipment of products within the Canadian market
Supervise and train warehouse and logistics staff involved in inventory handling, packaging, and order fulfillment
Establish and implement procedures for transportation, storage, and distribution of goods in compliance with Canadian regulationsArrange shipping documentation, customs-related logistics coordination, and tracking of domestic and international shipments
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and e-commerce partners to ensure efficient movement of goods
Oversee scheduling and dispatching of shipments to meet client delivery timelines
Manage inventory control systems and ensure accuracy of stock records across warehouse operations
Monitor transportation costs, service rates, and operational budgets to maintain cost efficiency
Analyze logistics workflows and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Maintain operational records including cargo information, shipment status, delivery performance, and transportation metrics
Employment Requirements:
Language: English
Completion of secondary school is requiredCollege diploma or university degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is an asset
Minimum 23 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations
Previous supervisory or managerial experience is required
