- Document control, visit requests, and inspection support
- Creating and maintaining documents such as Self
- Inspection Checklists, SOPs, CONOPs, etc.
- Administering security indoctrination briefings, refresher trainings and debriefings
- Provide training and awareness on emergency response protocols, and safety guidelines
- Oversight for secure builds
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to security incidents, audits, and training activities
- Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures
- Contribute to the Corporate Security program through the completion of individual security assignments
- Coordination of physical security systems such as access control and alarm systems
- Perform Information System Security Manager (ISSM) tasks to include support of computer audits, virus definitions, and back-ups Requirements * Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial security environment
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Strong customer service orientation
- Able to adapt to new tasks and meet challenging timelines
- The ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and problem solve
- Proficient with Windows applications
- Security + Certification
- Excellent writing skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CPSO experience and knowledge of ICD 705 / TEMPEST special facility construction is desired in order to support future requirements The annual pay range for the Facility Security Officer/Office Operations Specialist position is $75,000 to $115,000. The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, at a full time level of effort, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives.
