Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Intake & Lead Coordinator to manage all inbound inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
This role is critical to our sales process and overall client experience. You will be responsible for responding to leads, qualifying potential clients, and ensuring all prospects are guided seamlessly into our meeting process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and confident in communication, with the ability to create a strong first impression that reflects our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to all inbound inquiries (calls, website, social media, and email) in a timely and professional manner
- Qualify prospective clients based on CKC Custom Homes’ standards and process
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Manage and update all leads within CRM (Go High Level)
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Track lead activity, communication, and status within the pipeline
- Coordinate closely with ownership and sales to ensure smooth handoff into meetings
- Maintain clear, professional, and elevated communication at all times
- Support overall client experience by ensuring responsiveness and organization
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
- Professional, polished, and confident demeanor
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
