salary: $30 - $32.69 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service by serving as the first point of contact for employees by assisting and answering questions as needed.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from employees, supervisors, and senior leadership, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes within Workday
  • Enter job requisitions for contract and direct hire positions into Workday
  • Assist in facilitation of New Hire Orientation
  • Coordinate, administer and monitor HR internal communications via the company display boards to include general information, events, announcements etc.
  • Utilize Learning Management System (LMS) to review, track and document compliance with required trainings
  • Produce reports and presentations and provide documents, information, data analysis and tracking as needed.
  • Assist in managing workers’ compensation injury claims.
  • Provide HR support to California office with various HR tasks
  • Order and maintain new hire swag, coordinating with vendor on pricing, stock, and availability
  • Support HR team with special projects as needed
  • Perform general office duties and other duties as assigned
