Job Description
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of site logistics
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices.
  • Support vendor management and purchasing of office supplies, facilities, etc.
  • Communicate with vendors and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to logistics operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives acorss the site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in a support role at a manufacturing company.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with purchasing, invoicing, and logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
