Job Description- Lead on‑site delivery of remodels and select ground‑up projects
- Own site planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Partner closely with project managers and clients

- Proven Lead Superintendent experience in retail construction
- Big‑box or grocery remodel background
- Walmart project exposure preferred
- Strong Procore and Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally
