CNC Lead Machinist
Looking for an experience Swiss style CNC Machinist to join our team to take the lead on set-ups, and training/supporting operators. Position available on 1st or 2nd depending on preference.

Great opportunity for an experienced swiss/lathe machinist looking to focus on set-ups grow into a set-up lead role while still getting to remain hands on and a part of the daily troubleshooting.
Prior experience running, troubleshooting Swiss CNC machines (any experience with Hanwa is great), some experience in programming at the machine or offline for swiss style turning work is a plus but not required. Willing to train those with a desire to learn programming.
Position will be responsible for setting up jobs, proving out programs/assisting with programming as able, leading production operators amp; ensuring quality inspection/checks are complete to produce parts to spec, providing training to operators where necessary.
Will assist in scheduling work through the swiss cells, leading set-ups and supporting production to meet due dates. Must be comfortable/ok with some leadership responsibilities and working with others being a part of the day to day.
