Job Description- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial reporting.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in commercial construction projects is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
