This dedicated team account is built specifically for drivers who want maximum miles with minimal loading dock delays. By hauling preloaded 53' dry vans on fixed loops to Indiana, Tennessee, and Texas, teams stay in motion, make their deliveries, and return straight home for a predictable 34-hour reset every week.

• The Workload: 100% drop-and-hook freight. You never touch the cargo, and you don't waste hours sitting in loading bays waiting for unloads.
• The Route: Dedicated set loops departing Ogden and heading through Indiana, Tennessee, and Texas before making the return leg.
• The Miles: Expect to average approximately 6,000 combined team miles every single week.
• The Schedule: Home weekly for a guaranteed 34-hour reset, which typically begins Sunday evening.
• Parking Logistics: Fleet equipment is parked at the Ogden or West Valley terminal yards while you're off duty.
• Team Setup: We welcome existing teams, but single drivers are encouraged to apply as well—we can pair you up with a qualified co-driver.

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,238 take-home average per driver

• CPM Pay Scale: Scales from $0.28 up to $0.395 per driver, based directly on your verifiable experience.

1. Hiring Area: Must live within 150 miles of Ogden, UT. (If applying as an established team, both drivers must live within 50 miles of each other).
2. CDL Experience: At least 3 months of solid Class A driving within the last 6 months.
3. Licensing & Safety: Active CDL-A, current DOT Medical Card, and a clean MVR.
4. Screening: Must be able to pass standard pre-employment DOT drug testing (both urine and hair).
