**Join Our Team as a CVOR Tech!**
**Job Description:**- **Position Title:** CVOR Tech
- **Travel Experience Required:** Yes
- **Profession:** Surgical Services
- **Specialty:** CVOR Tech
- **Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (06:15 - 16:45)
- **Years of Experience:** Minimum 1.5 years required
- Provide support for multi-specialty inpatient, outpatient, and emergent surgical procedures
- Collaborate in various disciplines including Vascular, General, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Urology, EENT, OB/GYN, Plastics, OMF, Trauma, Dental, Pediatric, Neonatal, and Endoscopy
- Participate in organ harvesting procedures
- **Required Skills:**
- Experience with Adult to Geriatric patients
- Proficiency in CVOR and Trauma settings
- Familiarity with Cardiac and Vascular surgery cases
- Knowledge of Aseptic Technique, Fire Safety, Laser Safety, Sharp Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Sterilization/Disinfection, and Universal Protocol (Time out)
- **Required Certifications:**
- BLS
- NBSTSA or NCCT
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Background in community hospital experience
- Exposure to Endo/Laparoscopic, ENT, General, Gyn, Neuro, Ortho, Plastics, and Urology surgery case types
- Experience with organ donation
- **Patient Ratios:**
- Days: 1:1
- Nights: 1:1
- Weekends: 1:1
- **Scheduling Details:**
- Occasional weekend shifts and required call availability
- Flexibility to float to Main OR and Vascular OR as needed
- **Orientation Hours:** 40 hours
- **Scrubs Provided**
- Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
