- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 31, 2026 – August 29, 2026)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,400 – $2,520 (estimated travel nurse pay)
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday – Friday, rotating day off
- Call Requirement: 12 days of call in 6 weeks (every third weekend)
- Employment Type: Travel / Contract — Interventional Radiology nursing / IR RN role
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact RN license accepted
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience; Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing experience strongly preferred
- Neuro experience preferred (neuro-interventional procedures)
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation as required
- Completion of onboarding health and competency requirements (fit test, 2-step PPD or IGRA, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, physical/health statement, COVID-19 vaccine, drug screen)
- Provide direct patient care in the Interventional Radiology unit, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for a variety of IR cases
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition during procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologic technologists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes
- Administer medications, monitor sedation, manage IVs, and support vascular access and procedural needs
- Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery expectations, and aftercare
- Participate in the on-call rotation, including coverage every third weekend as scheduled
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
