Job Description- Support Superintendents on $10MM-$40MM projects, with select larger builds
- Assist with site coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight
- Help manage safety, quality control, and daily field operations
- Interface with clients, inspectors, and internal project teams
- Gain exposure across multifamily, healthcare, industrial, retail, and education

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- 3-8 years of field experience in commercial or multifamily construction
- Exposure to podium-style, urban, or large-scale multifamily projects
- Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Degree not required; experience and ambition matter most
