Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do- Engage directly with customers and introduce them to our renewable energy solutions
- Build strong communication and relationship-building skills through hands-on training
- Learn a proven sales process designed to help you succeed quickly
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to hit performance goals
- Grow into leadership and advancement opportunities based on results
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Coachable, dependable, and motivated to grow
- High energy with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
Compensation & Benefits- $36,000–$96,000+ first-year earning potential
- Guaranteed weekly base pay
- Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
- $1,000 bonus opportunity within your first few weeks
