Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room (OR) in Winchester, MA. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This contract position offers a competitive pay range and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.
As an Operating Room RN, you will be responsible for:
- Scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures.
- Providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements for this position include:
- Current Massachusetts RN License.
- BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications.
- Experience in orthopedic, spine, and robotic surgeries.
- CNOR certification is preferred.
- Must have a strong background in scrubbing and circulating.
- Must have EPIC experience.
- Availability for weekend rotations every 6 weeks and holiday requirements as needed.
- Must have been separated from the facility for 6+ months to be considered.
This position includes a one-week orientation to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in your role. Please note that local candidates will not be accepted for this position.
