Communications Lead with Security Clearance
Title Communications Lead Location Dyess AFB, TX Description Role Overview The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Ellsworth AFB, SD, Dyess AFB, TX, and Whiteman AFB, MO.
The Communications Lead supports B-21 bed-down efforts by overseeing communications and IT infrastructure planning, implementation, and compliance.
This role works across host wing, HQ AFGSC, and DoD stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and effective communication systems are established and maintained.
What You'll Do- Support design and execution of communications and IT bed-down efforts
- Provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations on system status and risks
- Ensure compliance with DoD and Air Force IT and security requirements
- Develop and implement system security plans and procedures
- Manage classified information systems and resolve security incidents
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure secure and timely system implementationRequired Experience
- 5+ years supporting classified information systems
- Experience with MLS or SAP network environments
- Experience with cross-domain solutions
- DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification
- Information Systems Security Professional (or equivalent)Preferred Experience
- DoD 8140 certifications
- Special Security Officer (SSO) experience
- JSIG RMF implementation experience
- Experience with SharePoint, databases, and network security tools
- Experience designing and maintaining secure network architectures
- Experience with VoIP and network segmentation
