Job Description- Oversee daily operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and addressing any delays promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolving any project issues.

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience working on municpal/public commercial projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-budget projects.
- Between 3-5 years of working experience in construction, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise with clients, architects, and project teams.
- Competitive base salary (70k-90k)
