Job Description
The Project Manager - Interior Renovations - Arlington, VA will be responsible for:
- Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
- Lead site logistics and operations, particularly in occupied or phased environments
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and consultants
- Drive problem-solving for technically complex scopes, including MEP integration and structural modifications

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Interior Renovation - Arlington, VA should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial interior or renovation projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience working in complex environments (occupied spaces, phased projects, or secure facilities preferred)
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with MEP systems and technically detailed scopes is a plus
