Job Description

The Project Manager - Interior Renovations - Arlington, VA will be responsible for:

  • Manage full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
  • Lead site logistics and operations, particularly in occupied or phased environments
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and consultants
  • Drive problem-solving for technically complex scopes, including MEP integration and structural modifications

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Interior Renovation - Arlington, VA should have:

  • Proven experience managing commercial interior or renovation projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Experience working in complex environments (occupied spaces, phased projects, or secure facilities preferred)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with MEP systems and technically detailed scopes is a plus
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
