- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a healthcare or hospital setting
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with CT credential required: R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Computer skills for online learning requirements, electronic documentation, PACS and HIS use
- Experience following radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols
- Perform diagnostic CT and radiographic examinations according to hospital protocols and radiology standards
- Ensure high image quality while maintaining patient safety and radiation protection
- Review each examination for technical accuracy and communicate pertinent findings to the care team
- Verify patient identity and exam orders for consistency and accuracy prior to scanning
- Maintain inventory of supplies; keep CT exam rooms and contrast areas stocked and organized
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
- Adhere to department policies, quality assurance, safety, infection control, and radiation protection standards
- Utilize hospital information systems (HIS) and PACS for accurate patient documentation and image management
- Provide care across all age groups—from neonatal to geriatric—following appropriate protocols
- Demonstrate organizational values and principles of a Just Culture while supporting continuous improvement
