Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent will report directly to the Senior Superintendent and act as the number two on-site, supporting delivery of a large-scale mixed-use project.- Support day-to-day site operations on a ground-up multifamily development
- Coordinate subcontractors across key trades including framing, drywall, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Assist in managing project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and company procedures
- Monitor subcontractor performance and drive productivity on-site
- Work closely with the Senior Superintendent to resolve site issues and maintain timelines
- Contribute to successful delivery of residential components within a mixed-use environment

The Successful Applicant
For the Assistant Superintendent role we are seeking:
- 2+ years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or similar field-based construction role
- Open to candidates from trade backgrounds (e.g. framing, carpentry, drywall, or mechanical, electrical and plumbing) with 5+ years' experience
- Exposure to ground-up construction projects; multifamily experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building and long-term loyalty
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small, close-knit project team
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to develop within a growing organisation
- $75,000 - $95,000 base salary
- $50 per door bonus
- 401(k) with up to 5% employer match
