- Shift: 10-hour days
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
- EMR: Cerner
- Call Requirements: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
- Orientation: 1 week
- Unit Size: 4 ORs
- Active Indiana RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room nursing experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience circulating general surgery and robotic surgical cases
- Comfort working in a 1:1 patient ratio environment
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a surgical team
- Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
- Circulate general and robotic procedures with confidence and professionalism
- Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical services team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation in Cerner and follow established perioperative workflows
- Support patient preparation, intraoperative care, and post-procedure handoff as needed
- Participate in scheduled call coverage and weekend coverage as assigned
