Job Description- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the office
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required

The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Bilingual (spoken and written) is strongly preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 USD.
